Behind the winery are José de Ramón and Rafa, two winemakers from Utiel-Requena who passionately demonstrate what the Bobal grape is truly capable of. Their goal is clear: to make wines that surprise and challenge, but at the same time remain true to their origin.

Utiel-Requena is one of the oldest wine regions in Spain and is globally known as the home of the Bobal grape.

Thanks to the warm climate, cool nights, and calcareous soils, wines with great concentration, freshness, and character are produced here.

For Bodega Ramones, Bobal is much more than a grape; it is the soul of the winery.

They also work with Tardana, a rare white grape from the same region. By using both grapes creatively, they produce wines that are modern but simultaneously retain their Spanish identity.
